  • Review order processing systems and processes
  • Employee learning and development, facilitation, training, and coaching
  • Mentor and elevate the level of professionalism within the Sales Team
  • Vendor engagement and vendor relationship management

Project Outcomes

Year One:

  • Year-on-year profit increase – 247% of previous year)
  • Year-on-year revenue increase – 176% of previous year.
  • Year-on-year profitability improvement – 171% of previous year.
  • Return On Investment of circa 730% on cost of consulting services to RTV Group
  • Successfully negotiated $6-million 3 year contract with Fortescue Metals Group.
  • Transformed from component provider to Procurement Solutions Provider.
  • Created and developed the RTV Group Capability Statement.
  • Established strategic alliances with major global vendors.

Year Two:

  • With the new culture and business operating principles embedded, RTV Group continued its success and growth and achieved record profits. Profit increase was 377% of baseline year.
